Daumier: Paris and Spectator

This film explores the world of 19th-Century Paris using illustrations and caricatures of the time, particularly the work of Honore Daumier, and includes additional work by Daumier contemporaries Gustave Dore, Paul Gavarni, Jean Ignace Grandville, Marc Monnier, Travies, Amedee de Noe, Pigal and Vernet.
